The competition consists of individual sparring, traditional ITF (sine wave) patterns, ITF (non sine wave) patterns and power testing. The competition is open to all ITF Style Taekwon-Do students graded 8th Kup and above irrespective of their affiliation.

The tournament is held in the Oasis Leisure Centre, Swindon which boasts plenty of seating and a large capacity sports hall to hold the tournament. Details of the Oasis location can be found below:North Star Avenue
From Junction 16 Roundabout, take the exit on to Great Western Way/A3102.
At Blagrove roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Great Western Way/A3102.
At Mannington Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Great Western Way/B4006.
At the next two roundabouts, take the 2nd exit and stay on Great Western Way/B4006.
At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto North Star Avenue. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit, onto Hawksworth Way.
Destination will be on the left.
We are located in the main hall of the Oasis Leisure Centre. As you enter the building you will be directed down the stairs and to the left, past the toilets and changing rooms.
There are several public transport options:
Via Bus: The 55 or 55A bus will lead you closest to the Oasis, stopping on Sheppard Street outside of the Swindon Railway station. It is then an 11 minute walk.
Via train: From Swindon Railway station, the Oasis is an 11 minute walk.
Due to access from M4, most airports are easily accessible from the Oasis Leisure Centre in Swindon. The closest airport is Bristol with both London Heathrow and Southampton Airports within a 100 mile radius.
Travelling from either will likely lead you to Junction 16 on the M4.
1. Friday 7th February from 19.00hrs - 20.30hrs at Jurys Inn Hotel, Fleming Way, Swindon, SN1 2NG. Registration and weigh-in for any competitor.
2. Saturday 8th February from 08.00hrs - 09.30hrs at Oasis Leisure Centre, North Star Avenue, Swindon, SN2 1EP. Registration and weigh-in for any Competitor.
3. Saturday 8th February from 11.30hrs - 13.30hrs at Oasis Leisure Centre, North Star Avenue, Swindon, SN2 1EP. Registration and weigh-in for any Colour Belts.
Please note that if you do not make weight, there will be a £10 charge.
