Can I wear weighted or open gloves?

Weighted gloves are not allowed, and it must have closed fingers with an attached thumb. Section 3.5. "Safety Equipment" gives the full list of required safety equipment.

Are there non-sinewave categories?

Yes. There are non-sinewave categories.

How much does it cost?

The cost is £35 for Black Belts and £30 Coloured Belts.

What do I wear for weigh in?

Competitors will be required to wear dobok bottoms and a t-shirts for the weigh in and a 0.5kg tolerance will be given.

Can I enter in more than one division for sparring?

No, you must enter your correct weight or height division.
